You wrote me a diary and it is clear that you went beyond the call of duty and cherished my little puss. Although i was not suprised about lots of cuddles, it even takes dedication to share a single bed with a cat! When i returned there was no evidence that anyone had been in the house and used its facilities (except for a welcome bottle of milk in the fridge) never happened before.

An excellent service which we chose because Hannah had not been well and was recovering from surgery and we did not want her to suffer more stress by having to go into the cattery. Overall service was excellent. The daily update was brilliant and you covered each of the cats during conversation without it feeling like you had a checklist that you were going through. From the way you spoke it was very clear that you really were devoting time to the cats - you had their characters very quickly. On our return, when we were delayed, not only were all the cats in, they were fed and medicated too. Not something we'd asked you to do, but very much appreciated after a long drive home. The house was left in an immaculate condition, also very much appreciated.
